Simply genius! - AMSDailies is one of those products that will leave you wondering how any company can function without it. AMSDailies is a novel concept that reduces labor and data entry error. Here is how it works.
Whether you are in construction, project management, manufacturing or any other field that deals with individual projects, any project you may have can be broken down into simple tasks and timelines. Using our ASSRIŽ management and accounting system, you setup the project as a job.

You use a predetermined template you have created, to facilitate the common tasks needed
to complete the job, i.e. fencing, demolition, trucking, cleanup etc.

You now assign the estimated starting and ending dates for each task, these timelines will
be visible in a gantt graph chart.

You assign the estimated cost and profit figures, or they are already there if using our bid creation module.
That's all it takes. Now when your field personnel log in to the AMSDailies software on their handheld device, they take over the data entry for this job. Manual adjustments and input is also allowed from within ASSRIŽ.

The user selects what city they are working in.

The available jobs are displayed to them.

They select the job.

They are now able to input the tasks accomplished for that day. Labor, material and inventory used are now attributed to that job for each day.

When finished, or any anytime, they can click on complete and the data is uploaded and inserted into the job's records.

If this is the final entry for that task, it can be marked as finished.
Daily job input is visible to the office personnel immediately. Schedules can be tracked and costs can now be managed like never before. Live to the minute. Reports can be generated, invoices can be created and life is good. The paperwork nightmare has finally been tamed by distributing the workload to those that are actually managing it.
